DELIVERY POLICY
DUBAI EXPRESS SAME DAY DELIVERY
- Orders above 300 AED will be delivered for free of charge.
- Please inform our customer care prior to placing in order for confirmation.
- Cash on delivery orders needs to be reconfirmed prior to the delivery.
UAE NEXT DAY DELIVERY
- 20 AED delivery fee for orders before 5 PM.
- Cash on delivery orders needs to be reconfirmed prior to the delivery. Additional fee per shipment will be applicable for COD.
- Free shipping for orders above 300 AED.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- The delivery fee will be calculated based on the location.
- Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
- Please take note that customs duties upon delivery will be a solely responsibility of the customer. This amount can vary depending on your countries import & tax charges. In case you refuse to pay or accept the delivery any charges applied back to us will be deducted from your refund.
