REFUND POLICY UAE​

In order to proceed with the return, kindly get in touch with our customer care team.

Full refund shall be available only for return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Refund policy will apply for card payments ONLY. Refund will be processed within 14 working days after our customer care will confirm the return (to the card used during the transaction). Alternatively, we can give you a store credit to place a new order.

Cash on delivery are subject to store credit refund only.  Note: Store credit is valid for 1 Year from the date of issue

RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving  order. Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all (unmodified) tags & original packing if any. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, hair, dust, make up stains, any fragrances or other foreign odors including smoke. All product accessories must be included in return

Please make sure that the items are folded neatly and returned in exact condition that you received it in. Items received in a poor condition will be refused and returned to you.

SALE ITEM RETURN & EXCHANGE

We do not accept returns or exchanges on “Special Sale”, “Black Friday Sale”,” Holiday Sales” and on any other discounted product.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to offer 1 free exchange to our UAE customers, if you are changing the size, only within 3 days from the date of delivery (1 free collection per order otherwise 30 AED charge per collection).

For international orders (out of UAE), the exchange is possible but subject to the payment of transportation/freight charges. Kindly revert to our customer care team for more details.
